Symptom

Unable to establish trusted communication with the server. The server hardware does not support any of the TLS versions required by OneView in its current cryptography mode.

This alert was updated in HPE OneView 4.1.

Action
  1. Reset the iLO and retry the operation.
  2. If the issue persists, see the HPE OneView and iLO user documentation for information about the TLS versions supported by each of the OneView cryptography modes.
  3. Upgrade the iLO firmware to a version that supports the required TLS versions.

    If no compatible version is available, this server model may not be supported in this cryptography mode.

  4. If this error appears in legacy cryptography mode and resetting the iLO does not fix the issue, contact your authorized support representative.
