Symptom

3115-HPE Persistent Memory Health Error - Processor X DIMM Y - The Persistent Memory Module has experienced an issue and is no longer resilient.

Cause
An HPE Persistent Memory module is reporting a nonhealthy health status due to one of the following:

  • No available spare blocks

  • Internal failure

Action
  1. Review the Integrated Management Log for events related to the error, and follow any recommended actions.
  2. Back up any data stored on the persistent regions of the HPE Persistent Memory module.
  3. Open a support case using the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support Center website (https://www.hpe.com/support/hpesc).
  4. If the issue persists, replace the HPE Persistent Memory module.
