Symptom

Unable to collect firmware inventory from the server. The firmware inventory in OneView may not be up to date.

Action
  1. Verify that network connectivity to the iLO is in a healthy condition.

    The health can be viewed from the Server Hardware page.

  2. If there are any active alerts in the Server Hardware Activity page, follow the recommended actions to resolve the alerts.
  3. To fetch the inventory again, refresh the server.
  4. Refresh the server hardware if there was an iLO firmware update outside of HPE OneView.
  5. If the issue persists, contact a support specialist and provide them with the following information:

    • Support dump file

    • AHS logs collected from the iLO
