A mismatch between the logical interconnect configuration and the interconnect configuration has been detected

Symptom

A mismatch between the logical interconnect configuration and the interconnect configuration has been detected. Unreferenced logical JBODs have been discovered. These are logical JBODs that are configured in the hardware, but for which there is no reference from any server profile. These logical JBODs will be removed and data will be lost when the logical interconnect configuration is reapplied. Also missing logical JBODs have been discovered. These are logical JBODs that are referenced by a server profile, but are not configured in the hardware. These logical JBODs will be re-configured when the logical interconnect configuration is reapplied, but this will not restore any logical drive configuration contained in these logical JBODs.

ID: dfrm.ConfigMismatch.From.Physical.To.Logical

Severity: Critical

Health Category: SAS interconnect

Resource URI: /rest/sas-interconnects/

Action
  1. Back up logical drive and logical JBOD data on the specified server hardware.
  2. Reapply the logical interconnect configuration to remove unreferenced JBODs and reconfigure missing logical JBODs.
  3. Edit the affected server profiles, and add logical JBODs to replace those removed in the previous step.
  4. Restore data from the backups.
  5. If any of these logical JBODs were used by their server profile as a logical drive, edit those server profiles, and then delete and recreate the logical drive.
