The firmware versions of the primary and standby Onboard Administrators do not match.

Action

Sync the primary and standby OA versions using the OA GUI or CLI.

This error should be fixed as soon as possible. The enclosure configuration can be lost if an Onboard Administrator fail over occurs when the firmware versions do not match.
