2122-Slot X Error - The UEFI driver for the device stopped because the NVM image is newer than expected.
The current NVM version is not supported by the UEFI driver.
Install the most recent version of the UEFI driver.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise recommends updating the NVM image and option ROM on the adapter using the same firmware update bundle.
