Port X on storage system {name, uri} has a critical health status. If all target ports on the required active controllers for an attachment path are unhealthy, the attachment path will have a critical status. If some target ports on the required active controller for an attachment path are unhealthy and others are healthy, the attachment paths status will only be degraded because they have redundant ports.

This alert is new starting with HPE OneView 4.1.
