Unable to discover port information for the mezzanine cards in this server.

Action

Try the following, one at a time, until the issue is resolved:

  1. Verify that any cards in the server are properly installed and configured.
  2. Consult the HPE OneView Support Matrix to ensure that all cards are supported in this server, and then refresh the server.
  3. Log into the iLO and verify that the mezzanine cards appear in the Device Inventory tab of the System Information page.
  4. Reset the iLO using the server hardware iLO management interface and wait two minutes for the iLO reset to complete.
  5. Update the mezzanine card firmware if not up to date.
    • If the server hardware is not in Unmanaged state, update the mezzanine card firmware using HPE OneView.

    • Otherwise, update the firmware using Smart Update Manager (SUM) by booting into the Service Pack for ProLiant (firmware bundle).

  6. Remove the mezzanine cards and reinsert them.
