HPE Smart Array SR Secure Encryption

HPE Smart Array SR Secure Encryption is a controller-based, enterprise-class data encryption solution that protects data at rest on any SAS/SATA drive attached to the HPE Smart Array controller. The solution is available for both local and remote deployments.

HPE Smart Array SR Secure Encryption is configured using the HPE Smart Storage Administrator (SSA).

Prerequisites:

• An installed Smart Array Controller compatible with Secure Encryption

• A valid Secure Encryption license for each server to be encrypted.
