- Verify that the server is being managed by this HPE OneView appliance.
- If the iLO on the server is set up in CAC Strict Mode, verify that the HPE OneView certificate is mapped to a user in the directory server/ iLO Local User DB that has iLO administrator privilege configured.
- Refresh the server.
- If the issue persists, contact a support specialist and provide them with a support dump file.
