Unable to configure Single Sign-On (SSO) settings on the iLO

Symptom

Unable to configure Single Sign-On (SSO) settings on the iLO, which are required to manage the server in CAC Strict Mode.

This alert is new starting with HPE OneView 4.0.

Action
  1. Log in to the iLO and check the HPE OneView certificate status under Security > HPE OneView.
  2. If the certificate status in iLO is degraded, verify that the HPE OneView certificate is valid and has not expired with respect to the iLO system time.
  3. After verifying that HPE OneView is set up with a valid certificate, refresh the server hardware.
  4. If the issue persists, contact a support specialist and provide them with a support dump file.
