3145-Device Encryption Error

Symptom

3145-Device Encryption Error: Disabling encryption for Processor X DIMM Y (SN: Z) has failed.

Cause

Encryption cannot be disabled on the HPE Persistent Memory module until it has been migrated.

Action
  1. Migrate the HPE Persistent Memory module.

    Migration procedures vary depending on if the HPE Persistent Memory module is encrypted with local or remote key management.
