Missing or improperly connected network cable
Incorrect configuration settings
- Verify that the network cable is connected to this port.
- Verify that the DHCP server is reachable from the system.
- Verify that the DHCP server is able to provide the settings required for the system, such as IP address, mask, and gateway settings.
- Verify that the DHCP server is not busy.
- Reboot the server, and try again.
- If the issue persists, open a support case using the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support Center website (https://www.hpe.com/support/hpesc).
