569-HPE Persistent Memory Configuration Error - Processor X

Symptom

569-HPE Persistent Memory Configuration Error - Processor X. The ratio of RDIMM/LRDIMM to PMM capacity is 1:Y and is not in the optimal range of 1:4 to 1:16 for the current PMM configuration.

Cause

The ratio of RDIMM or LRDIMM to HPE Persistent Memory module (PMM) capacity is not optimal in the current configuration.

CAUTION:
Failure to properly handle DIMMs and HPE Persistent Memory modules can damage the memory components and the system board connector. For more information, see the handling guidelines in the troubleshooting guide for your product:
Action

Do one of the following:

  1. Install less RDIMM or LRDIMM capacity on the indicated processor so that the ratio of RDIMM or LRDIMM to HPE Persistent Memory module capacity is 1:4 or better, not exceeding 1:16.
  2. Change the persistent memory goal configuration to have more volatile capacity.
