Unable to collect the firmware inventory from the server.

Action
  1. View the server hardware page to confirm that HPE OneView is able to reach the server iLO over the network.
  2. If there are any active alerts in the Activity section of the server hardware page, follow the recommended actions to resolve them.
  3. Refresh the server to fetch the inventory again.
  4. If the issue persists, contact a support specialist and provide them with the following information:

    • Support dump file

    • AHS logs collected from the iLO
