364-NVDIMM Controller Error

Symptom

364-NVDIMM Error – NVDIMM Controller Error - Processor X, DIMM Y. The NVDIMM controller firmware has been corrupted. The OS will not use the NVDIMM.

Cause
  • The NVDIMM controller firmware is corrupt.

  • The NVDIMM has failed.
