To identify which component is in the degraded or critical state, reboot the server. A POST error message screen showing the affected component will appear for about 30 seconds. Depending on how critical the component health status is, the system boot may or may not be completed. For troubleshooting information, see the

If the server does not power on, verify the following items:
The site power is available.
The power cord is properly connected to the server power jack and to a working power source.
The internal power supply cable is properly connected to the system board.
