4009 - FC Module OA CPU Fault Event

Severity: MAJOR

Description: The Onboard Administrator has reported to the VC management application that the indicated module has reported a hardware failure.

Possible causes:

• A component hardware failure was detected.
• A transient hardware or firmware failure occurred.

Action: Power-cycle the module to clear any transient failures. If the condition persists or occurs repeatedly, replace the module.
