System does not boot from the microSD card

Symptom

The system does not boot from the microSD card.

Cause

Action

Be sure the drive boot order in the UEFI System Utilities is set so that the compute module boots from the microSD card.

Use the HPE iLO web interface to verify that the microSD card is detected by HPE iLO.

Reseat the microSD card:
1. Power down the compute module.
2. Remove the compute module from the frame.
3. Remove the access panel.
4. Locate and reseat the microSD card.
5. Install the compute module in the same location in the frame.
