Operating system locks up

Symptom

The operating system locks up.

Action
  1. Scan for viruses with an updated virus scan utility.
  2. Review the iLO Event Log.
  3. Review the IML.
  4. Gather the NMI Crash Dump information for review, if needed.
  5. Use the Active Health System Viewer (AHSV) to upload the AHS data and read, diagnose, and resolve your server issues.
